INTERMOUNTAIN HEALTHCARE EMOTIONAL HEALTH RELIEF HOTLINE:

  • This is a free resource for those seeking guidance on emotional health and will connect with a trained professional who can provide the right tools to assist them.

BYU Comprehensive Clinic Counseling. 

  • The John Taylor Building (TLRB) 1190 North 900 East, Provo, UT 84602. (801) 422-4636

  • They offer counseling services for individuals, couples, and families in the Utah County Community.

  • It costs $15 per individual, couple, or family counseling session. Psychological assessments cost $50. Neurological assessments cost $400. Fees may be decreased for financial needs.


Latino Behavioral Health Services.

  • 4471 South West Temple, Salt Lake City, Utah 84115. (801) 935-4447 and (385) 495-2188.

  • This service is low-cost or free and is aimed at the Latinx community. They offer tutoring, counseling, suicide education, and peer development.

Multicultural Counseling Center.

  • 7625 3200 W Suite 2 & 4, West Jordan, UT 84084. (801) 915-0359.

  • Services include: Individual therapy treatments, couples and family therapy, child and adolescent therapies, crime victim services, violence victim services domestic and sexual assault, substance abuse, telehealth, immigration evaluations, case management and peer support.

National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI).

  • They offer support groups and education for anyone affected by mental health issues throughout Utah, including those with mental health issues and their relatives or loved ones.

  • Individual, group, and family sessions are offered in English and Spanish, and these services are free.


National Suicide Prevention Hotline. 

  • 1 (800) 273-8255. They provide free and confidential 24/7 support for people in distress, crisis prevention and resources for you or your loved ones, and best practices for professionals.


Rape, Abuse and Incest National Hotline (RAINN). 

  • National Sexual Assault Hotline. They provide 24/7 online chat, free and confidential support for victims of sexual assault, rape and violence. 1 (800) 656-4673.


Rape Recovery Center.

Valley Behavioral Health.

  • Offer behavioral health services for adults and children and offer substance abuse treatment. They accept all insurances and operate on a sliding fee scale. See locations here.
